The recent rains have brought out the most of my annuals, planted a few weeks ago. Orange pansies and yellow and purple violas seems so happy surrounded by free mulch from
Ploughshares Nursery on Main St. Wonderful people and wonderful drought resistant and native plants. (Bring a big bag).

Beautiful! Did you and Aunt Kathy plant those? No flowers here yet but we get tulips and spanish lavender in our back yard. And of course, the lilac bush full of purple (Spokane is the Lilac City.) Thank you for your phone call earlier and I look forward to seeing you!
