This past summer we had a realization that it's really all about cheese in Minnesota. We were eating cheese curds, Nachos with extra cheese, saying cheese for the picture and Lydia was singing a song entitled" The wind blowing through the Cheese". It was one of the cheesyist family moment of the trip.
